Our beef is grass-fed and grass and grain finished with local non-GMO grain.

Our cows are naturally raised without antibiotics*, hormones, or the use of pesticides on our farm.

We harvest our beef around 18 months of age when they weigh between 1000-1200 pounds, producing 180 lbs. of packaged beef for a quarter cow.

We take the animal to the butcher, and you customize your cuts. You will pay the processor for butcher fees and pay Thompson Family Farm for the animal.

Price will be based on hanging weight at $6.50/lbs.

*While our goal is to raise our animals 100% naturally we will use antibiotics very sparingly under life and death circumstances. Any animal given antibiotics will not be sold for meat until approved wait time has been met and exceeded.
